Hills District celebrant questions
Do you charge travel fees within the Hills District?
No — the Hills is my home base. Ceremonies anywhere in The Hills Shire and immediate surrounds have no travel surcharge.
Can we meet before we book?
Absolutely, and I'd encourage it. Being Bella Vista based, an obligation-free coffee in Norwest or Castle Hill is easy to arrange — you should feel completely at ease with your celebrant before committing.
Can you perform bilingual or multicultural ceremonies?
It's my specialty. I deliver ceremonies in English, Hindi and Punjabi — or a natural blend — and regularly weave in Sikh, Hindu, interfaith and fusion traditions so parents and grandparents experience the ceremony fully, not just watch it.
What does the legal process involve?
Your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged at least one month before the ceremony. As a Commonwealth-registered celebrant I handle all the paperwork with you — NOIM, declarations, certificates and registration with NSW Births, Deaths & Marriages.
Do you also offer photography?
Through my studio Sydney Snapshots, yes — some couples have me celebrate the ceremony while the studio captures it, which works beautifully for intimate Hills weddings. Ask about combined availability for your date.
